Dr. Jacob McKee has been part of the Genesis Chiropractic family for the last six years. He was born and raised in Tacoma where he graduated from Franklin Pierce High School before attending the University of Washington as a PreMed student. As a Tlingit (pronounced klink-it) tribal member Dr. McKee grew up visiting the Puyallup Tribal Health Authority where he decided he wanted to serve his fellow Native Americans in a healthcare capacity. Dr. McKee first became interested in chiropractic after a job shadow in college where he became fascinated by the hands-on approach to healthcare. Dr. McKee attended the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During his professional education, Dr. McKee began to practice evidence-based chiropractic care and strongly believes that the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to stay active and promote healthy joint function through regular chiropractic care.
